What surprises every fundraiser I coach is that every other fundraiser thinks their cause is hard to fundraise for too. And more surprising than that, that other fundraisers are envious of some of the aspects of their cause. 

It might not surprise you that someone said that to me when I asked them what they thought of fundraising. It might surprise you that it was someone who works for a charity!

As the UK holds its collective breath to see what happens next in the Brexit drama, the charity sector, along with every other UK industry, has (to borrow an overused yet apposite phrase)to ‘keep calm and carry on’.
